My final week of 2016 (Hatyai and KL)

While I was still looking for things to do at home after my trip to Taiwan, suddenly everyone started to jio and I effortlessly made my last and final week of 2016 fruitful.

I was actually thinking of going three places non-stop, Thailand-KL-Singapore.
Thailand for shopping, KL for Christmas and Singapore to visit my grandma and relatives over there. But why flight tix to Singapore so expensive, and train still so mafan, I gave up at last (thinking of spending a sweet few days at home to end my 2016)

Hello Thailand!
After checked in to out hotel we went out for lunch.
It has one hour time difference so when we were starving some of the shops are still closed =/
This is the typical kind of food in Thailand, please notice that thick rows of pork slices at the right, that's the main point of the meal!
After that we went shopping, since it's Christmas it's YearEnd, there's a lot of sales going on. 12 of us squeeze on a mini tuk-tuk and there was once we made a tuk-tuk tyre punture *oops*
Since my 90 y/o great grandmother joined us too this time, it's quite hard for her to go around so mostly she'll be on her wheelchair, all the tuk-tuk drivers we met are very good enough to send us to the entrance, or down the carpark, anywhere which is convenient! (This show how nice and kind the people there are =] )

That night we went for Thai massage!
It's a must every time we are here, you can easily find massage shops by the road, and this is the one that we always go. If you have the chance to go, make sure you go for their Thai massage!

Checked out the next day, more shopping around, more food indulging.
I know I had repeated lots of time but Malaysia currency is so bad everything becomes so expensive =/ Sometimes even on sale also feel not worth it ><
Do try out their coconut water or icecream
Also raise your head to check out those cables!
After coming back from Thailand, did my laundry, the next morning I was flying to KL!
One of my aunt is coming back from China for Christmas so this time is more to like meeting the family and spend time together.
We mostly spend our time shopping, chill at home, eat good food and we went to AN EXTREME INDOOR PARK!
It has a guts training section that is 4-storey high, with LOTSSS of trampoline and also I TRIED ROCK-CLIMBING!!! *ticking off one of the bucket list*
It's the largest trampoline extreme park in Asia, inside a huge factory, and I swear I used up all my energy there, especially guts training. Will definitely talk more about it in another post if I have the chance!

By then, I'm spending these last few days at my dad's shop as it's year end and it gets a bit busier. (struggling here coz my Malay kinda sucks =/ )
OMG CAN'T BELIEVE 2017 IS SO NEAR ALREADY!

Hatyai '16

Guys, I'm broke.

Two days at Thailand the only thing I do is shopping ,shopping and nonstop shopping. We woke up early and went back late, made sure we won't waste every single minute that can be spent shopping. Lol.
Going to Hatyai is quite a norm for us since the border is only 30mins away and going to Hatyai mostly takes only 2hours max, on usual days.
We usually stay at the town area, used to be Lee Garden hotel and but now usually Centara hotel. Going around with tuk-tuks is actually very convenient and usually from there to Robinson or BigC or any place not that far costs 20B.
Well the first thing we do is throw our baggage into the hotel room and start shoppingggg! But before that we went to a vegan restaurant for lunch (a must go every time at Hatyai) mainly for its petai XD
We went to BigC first as the Boots outlet at there is bigger, mainly for its cosmetics, supplements and skin care. Then of course the furniture part which is mum's heaven, not so heaven for me but I get to say thankyou to all my fans. Accomplished.

Then we went to Robinson, clothes there are a bit pricey, but totally worth it. A few very hard to find branded are all here, and all the designs and cuttings are real nice and hard to find. It's still possible to find some not-so-pricey but very nice clothes here. Spend some time.

That evening we went back to our hotel and put all the things we bought and headed straight out for the roadside snacks. Coconut icecream and durian pulut is a must! Then we continue shopping at Lee Garden which is straight opposite our hotel. Didn't have much time to spend here, went to Boots outlet (again) and went around for a while.

durian pulut

five scoops of coconut icecream only 50B

and there's me XD

Central mall is just opposite LeeGarden and next to Centara hotel, which is also connected on the 5th floor. A bit pricey compared to those goodies by the roadside, but also full with all kinds of brand which are quite rare to find around. Oh, and they also had a stationery shop there, full with cheap but good and cute stationeries! Every time there I'll face the problem of which one to buy (since everything is so nice and cheap!) and ended up buying a lot >< There's also a cd section in there, which Thong bought Troye Sivan's latest album!!!! Kyaaaaaa! We were so tired that time out legs were literally swelling, guess what we did? Thong tuned all the ukuleles sold there and we started to play and sing songs XDDDD

That night we had dinner by the roadside. Literally by the roadside. Tuk-tuks and cars were passing by at damn high speed. Well some quite nice but some are not lol.

literally by the roadsde

After filling our tummy we walked around at the pasar malam by the roadside, just in front Lee Garden. Things here are cheap enough but we were worn out after whole day shopping and our tummy's full, nothing to do there we went back to the hotel.

Slept with my baby Thong that night~ Second day we went to Robinson again since yesterday we didn't had much time to shop there, then again Central mall. We were always in a short of time there >< of course bought lots of snacks and at the 7-11 there and also some skin care at their Watsons.

Went back on the second day, with three more full bags. Now tell me how nice it is to shop there ._. Do comment if you want me to write a haul post! I have a lot to share! XD
