One more

One more just one more!!!!

Finished my Engineering Math midterm last night, and can't felt better coz I only have one more midterm to go!!!
..... which leads to the bad feeling today realize that I only have a few days to study for my coming Chemistry midterm, which is only a few hours soon.

I focused sooooo much on EM midterm and actually spent no time on Chemistry LOL
Now I am left here with the reality that I am totally unprepared ._.
I kept procrastinating gahhhhhh and still need to go to campus just for a short few hours experiment or consultation (which I don't really like as I waste time going and coming back)
I'm treating my time on transport or waiting for the bus wisely, taking some rest with some music plugged in, mostly reading articles and sometimes dozed off (believe it or not, this morning, even only 5 minutes on bus I slept and woke up on time when the bus reached campus 0.o)

Well, Zoe and Bii are having exam too! All of us at the same time! Which actually gave me lots of motivation and keep going!
Bii is sitting for her mid-year test, which is a quite important one as she'll be sitting for PT3 at the end of this year. At the same time she's preparing for a competition this coming July, studying and practicing at the same time!
Usually I'll get pics of her fingertips at night, saying that she just finished her cello practice and the background will usually show her studying. With her fingertips like that its really hard to even grab a pencil and write! Well, the team is aiming for getting the first place for straight three years so they can keep the trophy, so the fingering is much more challenging! Anyway! Support from here!
On the other hand, Zoe is facing a higher level of exam. She's sitting for her finals for second year, and the marking scheme depends ALL on this final test! This will be the last year at this university before she transfer too =)
Both of them will finish it by this week, and me too! This Saturday <3

The most awwww moments is knowing that three of us are working hard together and I'm not alone~ This will be the strongest support I guess (?) Compared to them, mine is just sap sap water haha, so thanks for all the indirect support. Also and for those who are having a hard time, just remind yourself to strive for it because after all, it'll leave a smile on your face when you look back =]

YouthSpeakForumMiri

Youth Speak was happening in Curtin University Sarawak for the first time last weekend!!!

Before that I really don't feel like going as I have my reports and projects to finish, and lately it's midterm peak, all I wanna do during weekends is staying at home, study and rest. Glad that I went!!! When people asked me "Why are you here today? What do you expect?" I would shout in myself "Because its compulsory!"
Okay laa, I know I'm rude, but after the whole day, I learnt a lot, I spent the whole day thinking, asking the me deep inside.

In the morning they have 3keynote speakers, representative of WAO (Women Aid Organization), IPYG (International Peace Youth Group) and WWF (World Wildlife Fund).
All of the topics are very interesting, and I really do feel the lack of time for each speakers!
All the speakers spent most of their time talking about their issues, which I'm not quite interested, and the QnA session is sooooo short!
I got a lot of question marks in me, and really do want to know their point of view, I hope there's really more time for us to discuss on those topics! (Not to mention the speakers are from Indonesia and another one is Korean-HongKong) Well, at least they got my attention on those topics.

After lunch we had workshops, went to the Education topic.
Its by Teach For Malaysia, remember the TalentED night which was organized by them? This time I get to know much more about them.
It really did hit me knowing the fact that how people all around the world are lack of education. Even in Malaysia, believe it or not, only 15% of us attend a form of tertiary education. This is much more worse than I expect. At that moment, sitting at there, I just felt so so blessed.
At the same time, I was really thinking that what can we really do to help? How can we raise awareness of this most important thing.
I always believe that education is the most important thing, and its the root for a developing country, for a better living, for a peaceful society. As only through education, we'll know how important it is to maintain a better living, how important it is to respect others. No matter what kind of problems, what kind of development, it always points to education.

I really do salute people under Teach For Malaysia, as they believe, and they're trying their best, although what they can do is a small tiny part, but they still willing to give and willing to try.
I get to talk to some teachers under TFM too, and I mmg respect what they're doing and their thoughts.

Our workshop ended earlier, and we went to the Social Entrepreneur workshop by Air Asia foundation then Peace and Justice workshop by IPYG. Didn't discussed much at there, as all also almost end, well we got to photobomb Haha. Another one we didn't go is the Child's Right workshop which they said is very nice, gahhhhhh.

Didn't expect much from Youth Speak actually, but ended up so fruitful! Hope there is a next one, and hope it'll be soon. Definitely I'll go, and I hope I can see you, who are reading this post, at there too!

Fruitful week

Hey bitches . How's life?!
For the past few days, my life is so packed so fruitful.
Every story deserves a long post and nahhhhh, sorry but I have one more quiz and two more midterms waiting, and all stories won't be tell if I wait until I'm free @@

Meeting Sada Borneo

I volunteered in an event called Talent ED night. It's an event to showcase the outcomes of the Miri students, including drawings and performances. This event collaborated with Teach for Malaysia, which is an international organization which focus on providing study chances for students at the rural area. Here's some pics to share.

The opening

performance

some kinda fashion show
Another highlight of the day is Sada Borneo!!! If you guys haven't heard of it, they're in Asia's got talent, I saw their videos on facebook before, and really became a fan immediately. They're pure AWESOME.

The special of their band is that they use traditional music instrument together with modern ones to perform, and the main instrument is sape. Also, they use some special music instruments to create nature sounds like bird chirping and rain falling

And GUESS WHAT?!!!

Yepp, this is the perks of working backstage!!! An individual shot with them! Gahhhhh lucky me!!!

Curtin Bazaar

Finally three days Curtin Bazaar successfully ended!
A big thank you to Syah for giving me the chance to be part of it!

Yepp we even got to have Escape here!!!
They brought their own cage, and on the last day, we got close to the abang-abang who took care of the booth. They're so so kind and friendly at last they even let us to play for free!
Well, this is my first time playing it, I dragged Ing with me.We two were so damn chill together XD The perfect match.
We were given 10mins, usually people will take up to more than 8mins, we finished about 5mins! The abang-abang there were so shocked HAHA Great first experience!!!

It's a GREAT experience <3

..... on the other hand.

Well, I posted this. And I meant it (the caption).
I felt so unwell. With so much things going on, and at the same time working hard on my academics.
I got sick a bit, and having too much heat inside me, I got ulcers. Big ones all over, then with some minor toothache. I don't feel like talking, The pain makes me can't concentrate studying. All I can do is get some medicine and sleep myself over it.
For days I don't feel like eating and kept skipping meals. Worse than worst, I even got cramps during my Physics midterm. =/
Well, things come to a small pause after my Physics mid term. Others kept connecting me with the word Dean list, actually made me a little more stress out.

I'm not the type that usually will share my feelings, but trust me, everyone have their highs and lows, and its actually okay to go through these shit.
A morning I skipped class, not feeling guilty but felt much more better.
Know what? Screw those pressure, I'll work it out, with my own pace.

So gonna end this with this pic.
SO MUCH INTERNET
SO LITTLE TIME.

By then, ciao.

iFest'16

This is me literally saving Arun's Rayban when they're taking a wefie.
I guess this kinda sum up my first ifest experience.XD

So I went to 2016's iFest, they're having the holi festival, kite fest and selling food in the morning session. Then at night they had fashion show and performances. Only went to the morning session to play with the colour powder and got really tanned.
At first we gathered in the middle of the field, made a big circle and some students performed in the centre. Then they asked everyone to join and I was like yeahhhhhhh but the music kinda stopped halfway ... like seriously? ...

Later then everyone gathered again with colour powder in our hands, we countdown and threw it up high. Well someone was aiming me, which he threw colour powder straight into my face 0.o That moment I still know nothing and was like yayyyyyy (with my mouth opened wide) and the next thing I realized was that my mouth is full of the powder =.= If you wonder what does it taste like, it's tasteless but the feeling is... ewwwy
After eating some colour powder, we chased and attacked strangers, and actually hope to get attacked (to get more colourful XD) They also sprayed water from the bomba hose, and I actually got damn wet after that, spent some time under the sun and got dry real quick.

Some before pictures when we were fresh and clean.

CHECK OUT MY ELBOW TATOO!!!

Here are some pics of us after colour showered.

Selfie game went strong

peaceeeee

Yepp, that's me with my bulky shoulder =/

With the unicorn.
Photobomb by purple face giant
We really did had fun!
After that they actually had some games, didn't join I got tanned enough LOL
If you wonder what's kite fest, well they sell kites and people buy and fly it! Yay. That's it!

They had some food stalls around that day, heaven. (Actually just okay haha someone is craving for nice food for such a long time she can't)
The only food I took before eating LOL
Later that day I was taking care of the booth and literally everyone is asking me why my face so red ,dunno is it sunburn or the color can't be wash off. Well, I blushed because I saw you XDDD
